Missing Items Policy:

Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • A clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process missing item claims.
  • The video must begin with the sealed package clearly showing the shipping label and continue showing the package being opened without interruptions.
  • The video should also display the contents of the package and any packaging materials inside.

Timeframe to Report:

  • Missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be entertained.

How to Report:

  • Contact our customer support team.
  • Provide your order number, the unboxing video, and a brief description of the missing item(s).

Processing the Claim:

  • Once your claim is received, our team will review the unboxing video and investigate the matter.
  • If the claim is validated, we will:
  • Resend the missing item(s) (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund or store credit, based on your preference.

Invalid Claims:

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will be considered invalid.
  • Claims, where the video is edited, unclear, or does not start with the sealed package, will also be rejected.

Return Window:

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

  • A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
  • Items that do not meet your expectations (e.g., wrong size, colour, or style).
  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged after purchase.
  • Items without original tags attached.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page).

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 84013 61204 with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.

  2. Return Approval: We will review your request and send you a return authorization via WhatsApp or email with further instructions.
  3. Return Shipment: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization slip.
    Ship the item back to the address provided in the email or WhatsApp.
    Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • You will receive a notification on WhatsApp or email confirming the refund.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund, which may vary depending on your bank's policies.

    • If a courier service is available at your location, we will attempt a reverse pickup from your side.

    • A charge of ₹100 per order will be applicable for reverse pickup.

    • If courier service is not available, the customer is responsible for returning the item to us.

    3. Mention Exchange Details:
    During the return process, please indicate that you would like an exchange and mention the desired size, color, or style for replacement.

    4. Pickup & Processing:

    🚚 The courier will collect the parcel within 2–3 working days.
    📦 Once we receive it at our warehouse (usually within 5–7 working days) and complete the inspection,

Exchange Limit: Please note that this exchange is a one-time offer per customer. Once you've exchanged a product, it cannot be exchanged or returned again.
