Return & Exchange Policy

Returns :

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.

Items that do not meet your expectations (e.g., wrong size, colour, or style).

Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Exchanges :

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as per the guidelines above.

Attempt a reverse pickup from your side if a courier service is available; A charge of Rs. 100 per order will be applicable for the reverse pickup. If courier service is not available, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us

In the return process, indicate that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Refunds :

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.

Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund, which may vary depending on your bank's policies.
